What does AItextfollowup do?
It connects to the texting platform your business already uses and automatically follows up — one by one — with your past text conversations, so old leads turn into new applications and clients instead of going cold.
Do I have to switch texting platforms?
No. It works with the platform you already use — Notifyra first, with more platforms to come. You keep your own account and billing with your texting platform.
Who gets followed up with?
You choose: only people who showed interest, or everyone who replied. Either way, anyone who said no, STOP, or not interested is never texted. You also pick the date range — the past 1 day, past 7 days, past 30 days, or all time.
Will the same person get texted over and over?
No. Every follow-up is logged, with duplicate protection, so the same person is not texted repeatedly.
What message gets sent?
Yours. Pick from ready-made template options, or write your own custom message.
What if a text fails to send?
It automatically retries from another sending number — up to two more — before moving on to the next contact.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per rep, and it gets cheaper as your team grows: reps 1–5 are $100 each per month, reps 6–10 are $80 each, and the per-rep rate drops $10 for each next block of 10 reps, down to a $20 floor. There is a $500 per-company monthly minimum, and there are no usage limits. For example, 10 reps cost $900/month, and 20 reps cost $1,600/month.
How does billing work?
There is no online checkout. After your application is approved, billing is set up with you directly (ACH) — billing starts after approval.
How do accounts work?
Each company is fully separate. The business owner gets an admin account and manages their company's reps; each rep has their own account and manages only their own follow-up.
How do I get started?
Fill out the Apply Now form with your company name, company email, and best phone number. Applications are reviewed first — once approved, your company is set up and the owner is invited.
